Products in stock
will ship within 2
business days. Please
allow 5-7 days for
shipping. If any items
you order are not in
stock we will notify you
of estimated delivery.
All orders will be
shipped UPS ground
unless you request
otherwise.
**Alaska, Hawaii, and
Canada
orders will be shipped
the least expensive UPS
method. Alaska, Hawaii,
and Canada are subject
to additional shipping
charges. Expect a
PayPal request for funds
after communication is
made. Please send us
an e-mail for shipping
status on your order.
International Orders
International orders
cost a great deal more
to ship so you will
receive another PayPal
request for the
remainder of the
shipping cost.
Once that is agreed upon
and paid we will ship
your merchandise.
Method Of Payment
Currently purchases
through the website go
through PayPal . We will
also accept cashier’s
checks, money orders,
personal checks via
mail, and Visa and
MasterCard through phone
order. Allow an extra 5
days for personal checks
to clear. For mail
orders send us your
order via e-mail and we
will reply with an order
total. As we receive
your payment we will
send your items. Be sure
to include the items you
wish to purchase, your
shipping address, and
any special instructions
Damaged Or Missing
Merchandise
Please check your
order upon receipt. All
merchandise is carefully
inventoried and packaged
for shipment. Only
damage free products
will be shipped from
Columbia River Off-Road.
The freight carrier is
responsible for your
order from the time it
leaves our warehouse
until the time it
reaches your location.
Any claim for shipping
damage or loss should be
reported to the carrier.
We will be happy to
assist you by furnishing
any information
necessary for claims
that may arise.
Warranty
Quality of
workmanship on products
other than winches is
guaranteed, however, we
are not responsible for
any damage or injuries
through use of the
product. T-Max USA
warrants each winch
against factory defects
in material and
workmanship to the
original purchaser for
the period of one year.
The owner will be
responsible for removing
the winch and returning
it to T-Max USA freight
prepaid. T-Max USA will
repair or replace at
T-Max USA discretion the
defective product or
part. The purchaser must
send a copy of the
receipt to qualify for
warranty.
Exclusions from this
warranty are the finish
and any conditions T-Max
USA determines to have
been caused by abuse or
abnormal use. There are
no warranties, express
or implied, which extend
beyond the original
purchaser.
All products requiring
warranty service should
be sent freight prepaid
